Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter. — Izaak Walton
The Journey Begins

Nicole Grady is a native Californian that cowboys through the summers in CO and winters where work and horses take her. Nicole has professional background in fine food, wine, craft spirits, and architectural, travel, and landscape photography. She grew up on the beach, on a mountain, or on a horse. She still prefers all three over just about anything else, and believes in the notion that saltwater in its many forms truly cures all things. Nicole received the majority of her adult education from the school of life, bad decisions, great friends, dirty punk rock bars, the ocean, the love of live music, and horses; so if you think she writes like shit and her grammar sucks, that’s probably why. At this stage in her existence, she is often found horseback, with a good dog running alongside her, looking forward to the task at hand and the cold beer upon completion. She is a relative nobody and is quite content as such so long as she can learn new things, rope the occasional calf amongst good friends, and ride fine horses. View all posts by Nicole G.
“…some of it may astonish and disillusion you”. Astonished, yes, nearly every time you tell your stories. Yet you live these tales, and anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing you is better for the knowing and vicarious learning that takes place from your adventures and the insights that follow. Bravo my fine and colorful friend.🦉
